Service Guarantee

If you are not fully satisfied with any aspect of your detailing service, please notify us within 48 hours of the completed service. We will gladly return to address any concerns at no additional charge.

Cancellations

​Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may result in a forfeiture of the deposit.

Refunds

As we are a service-based business, refunds are only issued in cases where services were not performed or if we are unable to resolve a valid issue after a second service attempt.
Refunds are not provided for issues outside of our control, such as poor surface conditions, deep oxidation not covered in the package selected, or weather-related rescheduling.

Rescheduling Due to Weather

In the event of inclement weather, we may need to reschedule your service. We will contact you as soon as possible to arrange a new time that works for you.
